UFC Workout

I found this workout in a magazine. I think I might give it a try for
the summer for a change. It requires maximum cadence for 20 reps on
each exercise. I just have to alternate each exercise group 4 days a

Exercise Group A:
One-Leg Deadlift
Dumbell clean and press
Good Morning ( This is new to me:
Ab Rollouts

Exercise Group B:
Snatch-Grip Deadlift
One-Leg Squat
One-Arm Cable Press
One-Arm Cable Row
Turkish Getup (This will be the killer:
